Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description Description: The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team in developing, executing, and analyzing a wide variety of marketing campaigns. This role will involve a combination of creative and analytical tasks to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Essential Functions:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns
Oversee and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns
Support the strategy and execution of activities that drive in-bound leads, as well as qualifying leads and reporting on current metrics
Orchestrate and track loyalty program fulfillment and redemption
Support creative team with branding/co-branding of reports, one-sheeters, and decks
Help build content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
Support the coordination of events, promotions, and other marketing activities
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate across multiple skill teams and leadership levels to achieve common goals
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, knows how to ask for help and delegate when appropriate
The ability to work in a collaborative team environment to accomplish corporate objectives as a self-starter and independent individual
Understanding or proficiency in Marketing Cloud, Salesforce and/or LinkedIn Ad Manager a plus
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
