JOB SUMMARY:
The Vietnamese American Business Association (VABA), based in the heart of Silicon Valley, is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive. This role is crucial for enhancing VABA's digital footprint, leading content creation, and promoting key events to foster community growth and engagement.
Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in digital marketing, proficiency in storytelling across various platforms, and a knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment. RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
Develop and execute strategic plans for social media, SEO, SEM, and digital platforms to increase VABA's online visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
Strategically manage and evolve VABA's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring consistent and engaging brand messaging.
Lead content creation efforts, crafting compelling narratives and visuals that resonate with our audience, drive brand preference, and attract new community members.
Oversee video production, from editing raw footage to optimizing content for diverse digital channels, ensuring high-quality, impactful storytelling.
Analyze social media metrics, adapting strategies to enhance reach, engagement, and positive brand sentiment.
Design and implement marketing strategies for community events such as special events, workshops, and mixers, in collaboration with relevant departments, to maximize engagement and attendance.
Monitor and report on website and social media analytics, providing insights to optimize strategies and demonstrate marketing effectiveness.
Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
Collaborate closely with the VABA team and external partners to align digital marketing efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
Contribute to diverse VABA-related endeavors, leveraging your marketing acumen to advance our wider organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media strategies, content creation, and audience engagement.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media management platforms.
Strong video editing skills, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
Excellent time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a collaborative spirit suited for team leadership and cross-functional projects.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience, with a demonstrated track record of achieving marketing objectives in a dynamic setting.
