Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Lear. This position is fully remote, so you can work from the comfort of your own home in Columbus, Ohio. As an Entry Level Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness for our company.
Responsibilities:- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels- Develop and manage digital marketing budget- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field- Reliable and resilient personality traits- Strong planning and presentation skills- Proficient in Google Analytics and other relevant tools- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
