Major Food Group is hiring an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to support efforts to craft and manage a functional and efficient digital ecosystem across all Major Food Group websites. Reinforcing Major Food Group's market leader position with premier food and beverage destinations that delight guests with unparalleled experiences, the Digital Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally, bringing this to life with a digitally minded lens.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Engaging with internal regional and property (operations) teams to support the marketing strategies and optimize synergies - digitally, across the branded websites Driving dining communications across MFG's platforms, with a concentration on website user experience (UX) Owning Google Analytics across all websites (currently GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console (GSC), along with future digital evolutions, implementing changes and managing ongoing performance across all Major Food Group websites. Issuing digital marketing reports, socializing to the relevant stakeholders on a monthly cadence. Report on website, email and social campaign performance, incorporating external actions into reports to continually understand the impact MFG's digital footprint has on the overall guest experience. Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to report on holistic digital performance, layering website performance, with email performance, in addition to social media performance Supporting activations and marketing initiatives, ensuring the digital component is accounted for - including custom branding, landing pages, pop-ups, etc Ensuring custom tracking (UTM codes) are added to campaigns to properly track and report on performance Aligning website agencies, streamlining efforts to maximize functionality while driving efficiencies Managing website user experience (UX), evolving the UX to adapt to the evolving guest experience, optimizing functionality to align with brand promise Continually examining website performance, offering recommendations based on guest usage, integrating KPIs with email marketing Leveraging SEO across all brands, continually improving and maximizing branded SERP Cross Functionally collaborating with other departments to implement digital updates as needed - including copy updates, menus, UX changes, and branding/design enhancements Staying abreast of digital trends, with forward thinking recommendations; i.e. new meta ad platforms and analytics, how might ChatGPT impact MFG, can AI be leveraged across MFG Platforms. REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum 2 years of experience with email platforms such as Emma, Cendyn, Klaviyo Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Figma, including proficiency in creating and editing digital assets Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Google Analytics, with a strong understanding of metrics tracking, reporting, and analysis Proficient understanding of Wordpress functionality Experience with Adobe Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign Experience in managing paid media campaigns across digital and social platforms BENEFITS :
