Job summary
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the charge in developing our online presence and increasing brand awareness in a way that drives provider and client interest in Mindful Therapy Group.This integral role will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and entails steering our social strategy, overseeing the day-to-day of organic social media, orchestrating paid digital initiatives, and managing web content for our mental health organization.Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive social media strategy, executing online advertising campaigns, managing social content calendar, leading daily social media management, creating diverse content, cultivating online communities, developing personal brand for founders, collaborating on reputation management, tracking and analyzing social analytics, and staying updated on social media trends.

Responsibilities
• Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to fortify brand awareness, demonstrate thought leadership, and create demand.• Develop and execute measurable online advertising campaigns.• Construct and manage a dynamic social content calendar in collaboration with leadership team.• Lead daily social media management on multiple platforms, including content scheduling, moderating/responding to messages and comments, and updating profile information.• Create diverse content, including provider stories/testimonials, infographics, video clips, etc.• Cultivate and nurture online communities among current and prospective provider partners.• Develop personal brand for founders on social media and share relevant content.• Collaborate with Office Managers on reputation management and public listings.• Track and analyze social analytics to inform social strategy and content planning.• Stay updated on social media and online industry trends, incorporating innovative approaches.
Requirements
• 3+ years of proven social media management experience for an agency or large national organization.• 3+ years of performance-based digital marketing campaign management.• Expert knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.• Proficiency in native and third-party social media scheduling and reporting tools.• Proficiency with native and third-party digital advertising platforms.• Comfort using both organic and paid tactics to increase content reach and engagement.• Strong data analytics and quantitative skills.• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.• Background check required.
