About the jobAre you ready to take your career to the next level and be a key contributor to the revitalization of Fagron's position in North America? Fagron Brands and Essentials North America, the second largest distributor of high-quality solutions to compounding pharmacies, is searching for a innovative and savvy Digital Marketing Manager to join the North America Brands and Essentials Marketing Team.   The Digital Marketing Manager understands the needs of different solutions by working with IT, sales, and operations to define an integrated digital marketing program to develop strategies to improve customer awareness and increase product adoption. The Digital Marketing Manager is comfortable both developing the strategy and working collaboratively with the Content Marketing Specialist to launch email and social (organic and paid) campaigns, implement strategic enhancements to Fagron web properties, and maximize Fagron's Microsoft Dynamics Marketing suite. The ideal candidate makes proactive strategic recommendations based on data and customer trends and isn't afraid to test new ideas. They are innovative, collaborative, and approach campaign management holistically understanding the benefits and limitations of each channel and opportunity. This role will be pivotal in creating harmony across the Fagron digital channels, maximizing resources, and generating meaningful interactions to support Fagron's relationship with Compounding Pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Content Marketing Specialist to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintains the Fagron, Inc social media presenceWork closely with IT team to evaluate and enhance the customer experience on Fagron.us and Shop.Fagron.us websitesMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with sales, Fagron Academy, and other Fagron North American Brands and Essential team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience that support the business initiativesUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate Set yourself apartCore Competencies Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivateDemonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaignsStrong analytical skills must be able to review data and provide a report with recommendations based on performanceStrong project management skills and exceptional attention to detailMust be able to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitudeAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally What's on offer?Our Benefits We believe in our people and foster a supportive environment that develops and rewards performance and incentivizes long-term career success.
