We prioritize fostering a supportive and enjoyable work environment, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our team while staying ahead of emerging technologies and trends to maintain our competitive edge.Job Description:As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating, filming, and editing compelling video content for our social media platforms. You will also be responsible for staying informed about industry trends, optimizing posting schedules, managing ad budgets, and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to reach our target audience. Additionally, you will provide support to the Marketing Director in various day-to-day marketing activities.Key Responsibilities:Film and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, to showcase our services, expertise, and client success stories.Develop and maintain a content calendar, including optimal days and times to post videos, and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach.Manage digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including setting ad budgets, targeting specific audience segments, and monitoring performance metrics.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Collaborate with the Marketing Director and other team members to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.Assist with general marketing tasks, such as content creation, email marketing, website updates, and event promotion, as needed.Stay up-to-date with platform algorithms and best practices for maximizing organic reach and engagement on social media.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.Proven experience in video production, including filming and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and technical skills. At least 2 years of experience preferred.Knowledge of social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and analytics tools, such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience segmentation, targeting, and optimization.Familiarity with financial services or related industries is a plus, but not required.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Salary:
