Digital Marketing Coordinator
Our Digital Marketing Coordinator assists in the development and implementation of the marketing plan for the credit union. This individual will monitor all digital marketing programs, digital advertising campaigns, digital promotions, and digital delivery systems for compliance with credit union policies as well as external rules and regulations. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will perform a variety of creative, design, and support duties to drive our digital narrative, enhance our image, improve digital communication with members, and encourage credit union growth through effective campaigns.
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent similar experience in a marketing related field is required.
Three to five years of marketing or related experience.
Google Analytics experience is required. Google Analytics Certification is preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Microsoft Office suite of programs, HTML, and other software with marketing applications is required.
Sound understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and various advertising/promotion media.
Proficient with social media platforms.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, and meet deadlines.
Experience with basic photography and video required.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and time management skills.
Effective understanding of latest technologies and ability to apply them to marketing.
Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member.
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.
Must be dependable, reliable, and highly organized.
Must pass all credit and bond requirements.
