Job Description:
Nucor, a leading company in the steel industry, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Associate. This is a part-time remote work position based in Indianapolis, Indiana, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement- Create and manage content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing- Assist in the development of digital marketing materials, such as graphics, videos, and other multimedia content- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all digital channels- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously- Confident and adaptable personality, with strong attention to detail- Creative thinking and persuasive skills- No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position
