Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team at Dillard's. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to Dillard's website and increase sales.- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to build brand awareness and increase customer engagement.- Analyze and report on digital marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute email marketing campaigns.- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure Dillard's remains competitive in the online marketplace.
