Job Description:
DTE Energy is seeking a talented and energetic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Columbus, Ohio. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all online channels. The ideal candidate is dedicated to staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and is passionate about driving results.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms, including social media, email, and website- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize digital marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement- Create engaging content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform digital marketing strategies- Assist in the development and execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings- Work closely with external vendors and agencies to ensure all digital marketing initiatives are executed effectively and within budget
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field- Energetic and dedicated personality with a passion for digital marketing- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve creatively- Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools- Strong written and verbal communication skills
