You'll work across clients as part of our digital team that excels at making brands hyper-relevant online to drive offline impact. You'll work with a rock star team of digital catalysts, creators, and strategists to identify real-time opportunities, monitor issues and trends, as well as create and execute influencer marketing campaigns for clients, including identifying influencers who are relevant to the brand and managing influencer relationships in a mutually-beneficial way to maximize your client's investment. Here are the details:What You'll Do:Develop influencer strategies and solutions across a number of industries, verticals, and brand programs to drive client success and grow relationshipsRecommend the optimal influencer approach relevant to a client's objectivesRegularly identify and vet new and up-and-coming influencers for current and future programsCreate and maintain meaningful relationships with influencers to deliver above and beyond content and engagementServe as a liaison between client teams and influencers to deliver mutually beneficial resultsCollaborate with the team to brainstorm creative ideas and initiatives as well as provide content direction and recommendationsNegotiate influencer contracts, with guidance from legal and leadership to deliver solid ROI for clientsBrief influencers and strategically review content, providing assistance with social captions, visual direction, and point-of-viewSupport – remote and/or in-person – with influencer engagements including events and activationsEnsure all influencer efforts, both paid and organic, meet client and FTC guidelinesDevelop recap reports upon campaign execution that measure performance, outline key takeaways and evaluate overall valueServe as an ambassador of Golin's influencer capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunitiesAdvise clients on and execute paid social media campaignsServe as expert in integrated digital programs across, paid, owned and earned media in social campaignsCultivate a culture of support, growth and partnership among teamFoster and maintain productive and influential client relationshipsServe as culture builder and mentor, driving innovation and ideas while sparking team members' careersWhat You Have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field3-6 years' experience at a digital, advertising, media or PR agencyDeep understanding of social media and digital marketing, specifically influencer strategyPassion for uncovering the latest digital marketing and social media platforms and toolsExcellent verbal, written, presentation and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and detail-orientedExisting relationships with influencer networks, individual influencers and influencer agentsIn depth knowledge of working in paid influencer programs including influencer identification, management and measurement toolsExperience creating and executing paid/organic social and digital influencer campaignsAbility to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns, applying analytics to assess results and provide insightsExperience executing brand-level social media strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluencyAbility to integrate campaign elements across earned, owned and paid mediaHighly adaptable with ability to shift priorities in real-time to meet client needsSalary Range: $55,000-95,000Golin has included the base salary or hourly rate for this role.
