Development Integration – Virginia Beach, Virginia The Christian Broadcasting Network ( CBN ) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Content Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be adept at crafting compelling videos for the 700 Club and CBN brands. Focused on generating impactful content, this role thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with production teams to capture guests and talent. Skilled in all aspects of video production, from filming to editing, this individual is dedicated to delivering top-tier content across various digital platforms. Continuously staying on top of emerging channels, this role provides multimedia and social media support, ensuring the enduring relevance and reach of The 700 Club and CBN. You will also enjoy collaborating with key departments in order to maintain full integration with CBN's hope-filled mission and message.
This position will work on-site in our Corporate office in Virginia Beach.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: Knowledge of digital media marketing strategy and analytics and demonstrated experience creating quality multi media content. Experience in content creation and managing digital video distribution environments. Experience and understanding of how to optimize digital platforms and algorithms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and mobile. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of computer editing systems, software and related equipment as well as exhibit creative concepts of editing composition with ability to learn and apply new and advanced technology quickly. Exceptional editing skills identifiable by clients and peers and measurable by visual appeal and in compliance with appropriate technical standards. Experience with DaVinci Resolve a plus. Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok and willing to continuously learn more as the landscape evolves. Shoot content on set of guests, and coordinate with talent and producers to get videos as directed by the Social Media Producers. Experience preparing for video shoots: research, write scripts, getting necessary approvals, scheduling time with talent/guest and in the space you need for filming. Strong written and oral communication. Ability to test multiple options, report accurate results, and use those results to inform future work. Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as be an effective member of a collaborative team. Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish professional rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public. Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines. Flexible as needs and project shift with ability to work some nights and weekends as needed.
