Diesel Technician

We're currently seeking a skilled mechanic with expertise in any of the following industries: AG Equipment, Heavy Machinery, Construction Equipment, Material Handling, and Diesel Trucking. If you excel in both independent and team settings and are ready for a role that provides flexibility without the need for extensive travel, we want to hear from you urgently.What is in it for you?25-$40 an hour1 an hour speed/quality bonusAmple OT available due to being shorthandedShop to startCould turn to field in the futureCompetitive BenefitsRetirementResponsibilities:Perform on-site repairs for a variety of equipment.Coordinate transportation of damaged equipment to the nearest facility.Maintain detailed records of supplies, tools, and labor hours.Supervise a team of three to four technicians.Provide 24/7 coverage for service calls during on-call duty.Offer daytime support to on-call mechanics.Participate in location-based repair teams.Skills & Qualifications:Required:Small engine repair, diesel engine repair, and hydraulic systems repair certifications.Commercial driver's license - Class CPreferred:Two or more years of mechanical equipment repair experience.Associate's degree in mechanics or agriculture.Join us for a rewarding on-site opportunity with growth possibilities.
