Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with factory standards• Communicate with service advisor for additional work or delays• Document all work performed on repair order• Keep customers' vehicles clean• Report safety issues to management• Participate in training programs and events• Save and tag parts if under warranty or requested by customer• Examine vehicles for further safety or service work• Communicate with parts department for needed parts
Requirements
• Heating and Air Conditioning Certification for Commercial Truck preferred• Manual Drive Train and Axle Certification for Auto/Light Truck preferred• Brakes Certification for Medium/Heavy Truck preferred• Drive Train Certification for Eaton and Meritor preferred• State Emission Certification preferred• State Vehicle Inspector Certification preferred• Valid Driver's License required• Paccar MX Certification preferred• Cummins Engine Certification on ISB, ISC & ISX 2150 through 2350 preferred• Physical requirements: climbing, reaching, standing, etc.
