We offer a family friendly atmosphere and value our local communities, so we now offer Paid Parental Leave and Community Time Off!Job Summary:Diagnose and Repair Equipment: Accurately diagnose issues and repair a variety of equipment to support both rental and service operations. * This can included but is not limited to: heavy construction equipment, trucks, generators, aerial equipment, and other related heavy equipment and components.Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/proceduresMaintain a clean and safe working environment dailyTest products after service/repair completion to ensure products are functioning properlyCollaborate and Communicate: Work closely with fellow technicians, support team, and management to ensure a streamlined workflow and timely completion of tasks. Share knowledge and participate actively in team meetings.Document: Utilize technical manuals and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues. Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest technological advancements in agricultural machinery.Other duties as assigned by store managerQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training preferred.1-3 years of Technician/Mechanic experience (diesel experience preferred - or a knowledge of heavy construction equipment, hydraulic systems, etc.)Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.This position requires but is not limited to lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, listening and speaking with internal and external clients.
