Job summary
Responsible for providing support for the Executive receptionist area, Distributed Gaming Human Resources team, and administrative support and company executives as required.Provides administrative assistance to ensure high level guest satisfaction for all visiting clientele.

Responsibilities
• Performs administrative duties, including but not limited to, reading and sorting mail and email, scheduling appointments, making photocopies and sending faxes and emails• Greets and screens visitors in person and on the phone, to ascertain nature of their business• Answers telephone, provides information, and takes messages as required• Maintains highly confidential company information• Handles ordering and inventory of office supplies and special purchases• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Previous experience in Human Resources within the gaming/hospitality industry• Previous experience performing same or similar duties• Ability to effectively communicate in small groups, as well as on an individual-basis• Able to effectively organize materials, set priorities, and provide feedback or follow up• Previous experience working in a team or group environment• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)• Must be at least 21 years of age• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
