Development Funding Support Specialist

Job summary
The Development Funding Support Specialist supports the writing team in compiling data and gathering testimonies.Responsibilities include organizing program data, collecting testimonies and images/videos, and researching individual projects.Administrative support is provided to the Marketing and Communication team.

Responsibilities
• Compile and organize program data for grant proposals, donor reports, and marketing copy.• Assist writers with compilation and distribution of donor reports.• Collect and organize field testimonies and corresponding images/videos.• Coordinate with writers to suggest and locate viable testimonies, images, and video.• Research individual projects and programs and determine the best way to present information.• Maintain a calendar of proposal and report deadlines.• Develop and maintain an archive of donor reports and grant proposals.• Attend monthly donor report and proposal meetings.• Research and compile donor giving history.• Utilize Salesforce CRM and Monday.com for job tasks.• Draft copy for grant proposals and donor reports.• Provide administrative support to Digital and Print Marketing Manager and Creative Communications Manager.
Requirements
• Alignment with Faith Comes By Hearing's mission and vision.• Associate's degree or 2 years of administrative experience.• Data entry experience.• Experience with Salesforce or willingness to learn.• Experience with Monday.com or willingness to learn.• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.• Excellent organizational skills.• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.• Discretion when dealing with sensitive and/or confidential content.• Ability to work independently and as a team member.• Preferred: Writing experience or relevant coursework.• Preferred: Cross-cultural experience.
