Job summary
The Development and Membership Coordinator supports membership and fundraising activities for the Jones Center/Jones TrustPrimary areas of focus include entering membership fees and contributions into the database, assisting with fundraising event planning and execution, and providing general departmental supportIdeal candidates will be fluent in Spanish and English, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and value accuracy in record keeping and reporting

Responsibilities
• Record and maintain donor and member database information• Facilitate monthly installment billing credit card balance collections• Follow-up and communicate with members regarding billing issues and general questions• Support the Welcome Desk and resolve minor issues with guests, memberships, and activity registration• Monitor incoming data from web services and guest services• Collaborate on membership strategy and develop membership programs• Track workflow of data entry and batching for membership and annual fund acquisitions and renewals• Assist Membership and Annual Giving Manager in the renewal process• Provide exceptional customer service to scholarship recipients• Facilitate all steps of membership acquisition, renewal, and payments• Audit database regularly for accuracy in reporting• Work with Accounting to audit and reconcile development and membership reports• Assist with fundraising and membership event needs• Assist with Development and Membership general departmental needs
Requirements
• Fluent language skills in Spanish and English• At least one year of database experience and customer service experience• Ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate high level of confidentiality• Proficient with Microsoft Office and managing client relationship databases• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in related fields• Strong interpersonal skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
