Responsibilities
• Understand the needs of applications/product developments and client challenges• Manage and develop coding tasks and R&D for AI strategy• Work with cross-functional teams to identify key areas for AI solutions• Implement AI and ML coding solutions with high ethical standards• Collaborate on design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures• Document development tasks and lessons learned• Conduct assessments of the AI and automation market and competition• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams• Stay up to date with advancements in AI and ML technologies• Experiment with new algorithms and techniques for AI/ML enhancement
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in applying AI to technology development• Expertise in ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP• Hands-on experience with Python, Streamlit, and FastAPI• Program leadership, governance, and change enablement skills• Experience with ChatGPT and LLMs• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles• Hands-on experience with Flask, OOPs concepts, GIT, and Unix• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)• Experience with LLMs, Gen AI, Langchain, transformers• Experience with vector databases (Milvus, FAISS, Pinecone, Vespa, etc.)• Experience with REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations
