Role: Jira Specialist/Specialty Development Practitioner
Location: Dearborn, MI(Hybrid)

Skills Required: Design and implement Atlassian solutions (Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Jira Work Management, Confluence) for manufacturing and quality management. Configure and customize Jira products to automate processes and improve efficiency. Work independently, manage priorities, and integrate Atlassian products with CI/CD pipelines. Perform data migration, Confluence implementation, administration, development, and support for JIRA and its add-ons. Focus on timely and cost-effective implementation, develop architecture artifacts, and document process diagrams. Skills Preferred: Collaborate closely with teams, problem-solving in a changing environment, and effective communication. Proficient in Atlassian Plugins, planning and supporting multiple projects, troubleshooting, and risk assessment. Years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures, along with scripting skills. Experience Required: Extensive experience with Atlassian suite, Agile methodologies, programming languages (JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python), and scripting (Python, Groovy). Familiarity with CI tools, integration of Atlassian products with enterprise systems, strong analytical and communication skills.
