Then our Desktop Support Technician role at Altumint may be the perfect fit for you! As part of our IT department, you will be responsible for supporting end users with software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience. Proven experience in IT support or relevant position Familiar with troubleshooting techniques Excellent problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and clients. Knowledgeable with Windows and/or Linux operating systems, networks, and hardware Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Provide first line response for users with technical issues and IT queries. Managing the daily performance of computer systems Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate appropriately where needed.
