We are searching for a Desktop Support Technician for an established client. You will start off as a contractor and convert to a fulltime employee with the client after 6 months. You should have at least 2 years of professional desktop support experience.



Qualifications: 2 years of professional desktop support experience. Knowledge of Windows and MacOS. Experience with ticketing systems. Detail oriented ability to take direction and work independently. Experience with setup and configuration of Microsoft 365 Active Directory Administration Application Support and Administration. Understanding TCP/IP Networking Wireless networks Remoteaccess and sitetosite VPN. Essential Duties Review support tickets and resolve in a timely manner. Repair desktops laptops workstations hardware etc. as needed. Managing switches routers and firewalls Antivirus administration and malware remediation. Perform backup and recovery on software and devices. Analyze Service Desk calls for Desktop Devices and incident data to identify and advise Customer of any potential user training requirement. Ensure that each Desktop Device is installed with the appropriate Desktop image. Education: Associate degree in a related field. Certifications are a plus.
