Responsibilities: Manage voice recording servers: health checks, daily/weekly audio checks, user management. Resolve hardware issues: handsets, speakers, microphones. Provide new user training on turret systems. Install headsets for turret users. Test and troubleshoot customer directs. Handle cabling for new T1's into Unigy backroom equipment. Adjust user turret configurations. Provide low voltage cabling support. Support primarily in Stamford, occasionally in Trumbull. Complete daily operational checks and documentation of voice recording and trader voice systems. Process assigned service requests within 3 business days. Manage incidents according to customer policy. Adhere to change management procedures. Requirements: Proven experience in desktop engineering. Knowledge of voice recording server management. Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues. Experience in user training and support. Familiarity with Unigy backroom equipment. Proficiency in low voltage cabling. Strong communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Stamford, CT, US. Immediate availability.
