What You'll Do:
Create & Innovate:

Design mechanical parts, mechanisms, assemblies, and products that push boundaries.
Collaborate:

Work alongside our team to develop requirements and solve engineering challenges.
Technically Excel:

Utilize CAD software for 3D modeling, delve into ERP systems for insights, and engage with vendors to overcome technical hurdles.
Continuous Improvement:

Participate in initiatives that enhance our processes and support our commitment to Lean manufacturing principles.
What We're Looking For:
A proactive mindset with a thirst for learning and collaboration.
Ability to adhere to schedules, delivering designs and documentation on time.
Solid foundation in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), engineering principles, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive working relationships across the board.
