Responsibilities
• Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans.• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments.• Verifying insurance for all clinical appointments.• Entering information on dental software in patient accounts.• Ensuring and reviewing entire patient account for complete and accurate information.• Collecting all monies due for services rendered.• Developing and maintaining doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.• Supporting marketing and promotional activities to increase new patient growth.• Greeting and checking patients in and out, before and after treatment.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.• A minimum of two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
