We are looking for an AWESOME (see below) Registered Dental Assistant
Must have RDA license and at least 5 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. Clinical skills that will be required: Taking traditional impressions when needed. Making temporary crowns. Itero or another 3D digital scanning. Scheduling appointments. Answering phones, taking messages, and outbound calls for patient lab work Taking digital x-rays. Assisting doctor where needed Assisting team members where needed High-quality customer care Will train to master your skills - must have a strong ongoing desire to learn and become better with your ever-changing role. Being the operatory and assisting the Doctor at all times. High-quality patient comfort and care. Charting. Set up and break down rooms. Keeping rooms stocked. Keeping sterilization room, lab, and operatories organized and stocked. Instrument sterilization and maintenance promptly. Operatory maintenance. High-quality infection control. Communication with the front desk regarding treatment, treatment plans, and next visit appointments. Has the "hustle" needed when the schedule is high-paced Professionalism when addressing patients, and staff. Team Player: will help others/each other to collectively provide great patient care. Track and order supplies promptly and staying within budget. Track and keep lab delivery on time. Keeping doctors and patients on time.
