Bachelor's
Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or
similar analytical field required
3-5 years' work experience in an analytical or eCommerce/retail
related role required
Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite and Tableau
required
Knowledge of direct-to-consumer eCommerce business processes, best
practices, operational and analytical concerns, and trends preferred
Experience in demand forecasting and building robust Microsoft
Excel-based tools, models, and reports preferred
Ability to navigate the Client organization to gather information,
elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities
Strong analytical, problem solving, decision-making, and
cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines, including managing
multiple projects
