Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers and delivery team manager• Complete scheduled reporting• Direct and assist drivers in completing deliveries• Handle in-home damage claims• Achieve shipping goals• Inspect prep lines• Maintain positive working relationship with team members• Monitor routes and update delivery logs• Oversee loading and unloading of vehicles
Requirements
• Ability to work flexible schedule• Effective written and verbal communication• High School Diploma or equivalent• Knowledge of DOT compliance• Previous experience in Distribution, 3PL, or In-home Delivery operations• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Valid Driver's License
