As our first Authorised Delivery Manager based permanently in Luxembourg, you'll:Ensure a great client experience across all funds in line with company standards, procedures and guidelinesWork with Service Providers and key internal stakeholders to implement, monitor and maintain service level agreements and analyse key performance indicators to ensure service delivery of our UCI administration and domiciliation and corporate services functionsBe empowered to effectively direct the business, but also that of the managers of the various business functions (i.e. key functions) of the institutionAct as the first point of escalation for internal and external operational related queries and liaise with Service providers to resolve and report issues in a timely mannerBe responsible for financial performance of the team including team billing and debtor managementResponsible for supervising the client communication function of the UCI administration businessResponsible for staff retention and development of teamAct as a higher authority on technical client specific mattersTake responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance objectivesOversight of administration and accounting teamsOversight of the workflow of the teamOversight and authorise outgoing correspondence and documentation (any media) of the teamResponsibility for the financial management of the teamResponsibility for ensuring that team accounting deadlines and review deadlines are metDevelopment/enhancement of team specific proceduresResponsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex and high touch clients)Comprehensive knowledge of the differing requirements/ processes for high risk clientsLiaising with all intermediaries and external agents such as new business introducers, legal advisors, and auditors in respect of team clientsLiaise with new clients, business introducers and intermediariesAssist with the client acceptance process for new clientsDevelop and nurture partnerships with local institutions, governmental authorities, auditors, mancos, depositaries and other ecosystem players. Involvement in writing the annual business plan and responsibility for reviewing, monitoring and reporting on itInvolvement in the budget process and monitoring thereofEnsure fee arrangements are appropriate and remain soAct as an authorised signatory of the Professional of the Financial Sector entityPotentially act as director of Luxembourg intra-group entities and client entities. About YouMust be permanently on site in LuxembourgMust possess adequate professional experience by virtue of having previously carried out similar activities at a high level of responsibility and autonomyHave at least 5 years of relevant experience in the investment fund industryIdeally hold a university degree, preferably in economics, legal, or financeKnowledge of alternative investment funds would be an advantageVery strong customer orientation, solution-orientation and proactivityVery good organisational and communication skills, with an ability to work independentlyExcellent team spirit, availability and flexibilityExcellent communication skills, with strong professional English language capability
