Distribution Center Operations Associate 1 – Full Time
DC ATHLETE (Material Handler) – Full Time
ADAPT DC 165 Wingo Road, Byhalia, MS 386111
Shift: Tuesday- Friday 6am-4:30 pm
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a DC ATHLETE Full Time (Material Handler) your responsibilities will be:
· Loading boxes and containers onto the conveyor.
· Ensuring quantities match requested customer order levels.
· Supporting VAS activities based on customer orders.
· Using RF devices to scan/complete material movements in the system.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work with fellow operations associates, specialists and various operation management teams.

This is an entry-level position; no prior warehouse experience is required.
Must be able to:
· Read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing safety.
· Load, unload, and move heavy boxes and packages weighing up to 50 lbs. (with reasonable accommodation if needed).
· Fulfill the physical requirements of the position, which include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time (with reasonable accommodation if needed)
