Job Title: Data Practice Lead Location: NJ/NY or Central US.
The incumbent should be open to travel to the East Coast.
The Data Practice Lead will be accountable for driving the next level of growth, strategic positioning, and P&L management of the Data & GenAI practice.

Qualifications:
Proven relevant experience building Data & GenAI capabilities and services
Experience in designing and building solutions & technical architectures for enterprise data & analytics platforms, data & analytics implementation experience, including data acquisition, wrangling, cleansing & data quality, integration & transformation, storage, analytics, BI & Visualization, reporting & master data management.
Knowledge and experience with hosted cloud and big data solutions with either AWS, Microsoft Azure or GCP.
Prior experience of playing a leadership role in Data transformation programs
Experience working with a matrix organization of sales, delivery and marketing teams across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own revenue goals, define strategies and enable growth.
• Work with Executive Leadership on formulating differentiated partnership, co-selling, GTM for the practice, driven by differentiated solutions & services offerings.
• Leading team in the definition of best practices & repeatable methodologies for enterprise data and Gen AI strategies
• Defining reference architectures, solution design patterns, and solution accelerators for use in Data, Cloud & Gen AI Solutions.
• Work with customers as a thought leader to define a roadmap and Strategy for Data & AI
• Build core Data, Analytics, and Gen AI Center of Excellence team in line with the Engineering Excellence strategy.
• Build and nurture our services and offerings across key verticals and domains: Insurance, Retail & CPG, and Healthcare and Lifesciences
• Building and mentoring a team of SME's
• Position differentiated solutions to clients, based on the market trends, specific needs of the clients, and the supporting business cases.
• Build new data capabilities, solutions, assets, accelerators, and team competencies.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with leading cloud service providers, technology vendors, and industry influencers.
• Expertise in Sales & Pre-sales activities including proposals, pursuits, demonstrations, and proof of concept initiatives.
• Development of Whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and other thought leadership material
