Job Description The Lead Data Client Solutions Specialist's primary goal is to provide an innovative approach toward account management. Responsibilities include peer development, coaching, and mentoring to facilitate associate growth, with the goal of ensuring the Data Client Solutions teams deliver fast, professional, and accurate products and services to internal and external clients, also Lead and manage department and cross-functional projects as assigned. This will be accomplished through leadership, project management, consultation, and coordination with the Sales, DCS Management, and back-office teams across the organization.
Key Accountabilities / Metrics: Accuracy Track record for making good decisions based on analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment
Uses a systematic process to monitor and maintain individual and departmental accuracy. Included but not limited to inspecting deliverables via order clarity and Individual job audits to minimize credits and client-reported errors.
Meet and maintain departmental quality metrics and execute all projects using prescribed verification methods
Productivity Manages workflow to assigned sector teams and executes intermediate to complex promotion programs, including the monitoring of program timelines
Proactively plans and coordinates regular meetings with team members to review forecasts, orders, client-specific operational documentation, custom programming requests, and jobs in progress
Understands product application, best practices, and guidelines in relation to client strategy
Uses a systematic methodology to plan, organize, and set project priorities and targets
Effectively manages risk and uncertainty; Remains efficient and productive in ambiguous situations, adapts proven solutions to the situation in the absence of all data/information
Flexible and adaptable; can act differently depending on the situation; balanced despite conflicting demands of the situation
Knowledge and Skill Development Maintains understanding of product application, best practices, and guidelines in relation to client strategy
Is personally and independently committed and actively works toward continuous self-improvement
Anticipates consequences, trends, and how businesses work to target, develop, and adapt one's skill set
Leads training sessions to develop and enhance the teams strategic/technical knowledge
Market-level SME for at least one vertical
Organizational and Interpersonal Positioning (Focus on the Bottom Line, Acting with honor and Character, Relating Skills) Builds rapport, puts others at ease, is patient, listens well
Acts in line with core values/beliefs of the business and is fair to others
Takes Responsibility / Ownership

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Minimum of 24 months proficiency in the Senior Data Solutions Specialist role
Proven track record of Strategic Thinking and Decision Making
Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions related to client, system, product, or market issues.
Customer focused (Effectively builds rapport, uses tact and diplomacy to put others at ease, dedicated to meeting needs of internal / external customers, wins concessions without damaging relationships)
Proven effectiveness managing multiple tasks and / or projects
Demonstrated effectiveness using rigorous logic and methods to solve problems and can act without complete information under deadlines
Demonstrated leadership attributes including: responsiveness to the needs of the group, effective and honest communication with team/peers, accurate self -assessment of individual strengths/weaknesses, and ability to inspire others Demonstrated poise, maturity, and professionalism dealing with individuals at any level of an organization internally and externally
Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills with particular attention to precision of language and the ability to organize information succinctly and logically
Aligns with management and champions changing business direction relative to goals and expectations
Flexible and adaptable to change and in handling risk / uncertainty
Ability to run focus groups across the organization
Salary Range: $82,000-$92,000
