Data Marketing Coordinator

Major Functions:
• To lead and coordinate various data marketing needs including proofing, data entry, web updates, data
sharing, file transfer, etc
Accountabilities:
• Manages data/creative requests from all areas of the company, prioritizes projects, and coordinates with thirdparty vendors to ensure timely delivery of data files
• Works closely with Ad group directors and category managers to ensure data/creative are leveraged across
channels and design assignments are efficient
• Coordinates data/creation of production files with internal designers and guarantees timely and accurate
release of creative assets
• Manages Ad Sketch work-flow tool to prioritize work of designers and clarify requests
• Maintains library of content by properly organizing creative assets in DAM tool
• Proofs data input for accuracy
• Supports digital services through ensuring items are mapped accordingly and shopping capabilities for
customers' websites are accurate
• Review and validate items for shopability including troubleshooting with customers and vendors
• Formats all content for ads and artwork to be used within customer's social medial platforms
• Responsible for training employees on Adsketch and Brucke
• Collaborates with vendors on software updates and troubleshooting issues
Desirable Qualifications:
• Associates/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Excellent proofing ability and experience
• Creative orientation and visual communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize across different sets of needs
