Job Description And Duties
Under the general direction of the Administrator II in the Data Oversight Program, the incumbent will lead a team of staff responsible for the specialized duties in the administration of the following programs: ID Vetting Program, Information Returns Program, Check Casher Program, City/County Business Tax (CCBT) Program and the 1099G/INT workload. Incumbent will be responsible for assigning and reviewing work and providing timely feedback on work quality. Utilizing the FX Portal and various skip tracing resources, the incumbent will vet Responsible Officials and Organizations filing specific information returns. The incumbent will lead the Information Returns Program, responsible for creating and managing Secure Web Internet File Transfer (SWIFT) accounts for information return filers. The incumbent will provide customer service for these programs by responding to inquires and providing guidance on electronic filing of information returns. The Lead will oversee the Check Cashing Program, the annual outgoing 1099G/INT workload and the CCBT Program. Lead duties include writing policies, developing procedures, and maintaining metrics for various workloads.
