TheData Integration Sr Group Manageris a senior level position responsible for overseeing activities to support the communication and reporting of the end-to-end execution and/or adoption of the Data Transformation plan in compliance with Citi's Data Governance Policy. Drives communication efforts to reduce risk and facilitate adherence to the Citi Data Governance Policy. Responsible for overseeing the reporting and outcome based activities to drive the narratice of the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business. The role is responsible for managing risks, issues, and conflicts related to plan execution.Excellent communication skills are required to influence and advise senior stakeholders.Responsibilities:Proactively liaise with senior stakeholders across Lines of Business and Functions to design and execute against the communication of Transformation plan commitments, drive alignment on execution steps and timing, and/or support adoption of enterprise approaches and guidelines for use by the Use Cases teamsLead team meetings and working sessions to ensure clear cross-functional communications and set expectationsFoster continuous improvement of communication processes through regular stakeholder engagement and coaching (e.g., sharing best practices, educating on consistent approaches, helping with interpretation of enterprise guidance) and cadence of interactions within businesses, regions and functionsDrive communication strategy and execution among a wide variety of stakeholders, including Data providers, Data consumers, technologists, regulators, and 2nd and 3rd line of defense to drive the effective and efficient design, build, and rollout of data practices, capabilities, and toolsMonitor and communicate progress of the plan, anticipate risks and issues, and challenge execution teams' plans to identify roadblocks, and dependenciesQualifications:15+ years of experience in a complex, financial organization, with a particular focus in Data Governance, including 8-10+ years' managerial experienceExperience in large-scale, multi-year transformation and capability building effortsExpertise in one or more the following core financial services segments preferred: consumer businesses, commercial businesses, capital markets, finance, risk, or complianceData and technological knowledge, covering recent topics such as Data governance and Operating modelsExperience in leading cross-functional teamsStrategic mindset, who can plan ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategiesCommunicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levelsCan effectively lead change in an organization with Citigroup's size, scale and complexity;Experience leveraging the processes and principles of change management to drive organizational change, defining change criteria, providing support and education, managing resistance, and measuring outcomesManages through ambiguity by making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problemsPromotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizations; and demonstrates effective work relationships with business and global function colleaguesUnderstanding of the overall regulatory environment and previous experience working with regulators on data plan execution, preferredWorking knowledge of Citi's Data Operating ModelEducation:Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Data Governance------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Data Integration------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$170,000.00 - $300,000.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
