References JESD91 Method for Developing Acceleration Models JESD85 Methods for calculating failure rates in units of FITS Fukuda "Reliability and Degradation of Semiconductor Lasers and LEDs" Reliability Analysis Center, Reliability Toolkit: Commercial Practices Editions, Rome Laboratory Education & Experience Undergraduate or Graduate Material Science or Statistics major. Undergraduate statistics course. Comfortable analyzing large data sets. JMP/minitab/matlab data analysis, graphing, and curve fitting.
