About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerical Data Entry Speclaist.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to handle various clerical tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers Handle mail processing and distribution
Assist with various clerical tasks as needed
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
Education Qualification: High School Diploma or GED
Required Skills: 1 year of clerical experience or mail handling preferred
Strong customer service orientation
Basic computer skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively
Ability to provide positive customer service to all customers, including challenging ones
