Looking for a job where you can channel your inner cheerleader and be the first point of contact for a company? Look no further! My Georgia Plumber is seeking an energetic and bubbly individual to be their Head of First Impressions (aka Front Desk Receptionist) in Canton, GA.

Hours : 8am - 5pm; Monday - Friday

JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you'll handle a high volume of calls, accurately enter data, accept payments, send emails, and perform other general administrative duties. You'll be the face of the company, so we're looking for someone who goes above and beyond to provide support internally and externally.
We want a team player who thrives in a collaborative office environment and has exceptional communication skills. You'll need to work well under pressure and be able to multitask like a boss (100+ calls on some days!). Plus, it's essential to be dependable and arrive on time, so please don't show up fashionably late.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience with multi-tasking and high volume calls (100+ calls on some days!)
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service, even on high-stress days.
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Service Titan software is a plus
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office word and excel
Dependable, reliable transportation, outstanding written and verbal communication skills
