Job Description Responsible for data entry into various systems and/or databases. Responsible for compiling, maintaining, and verifying data and distributing information through the use of reports and queries to support operations. Would perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as filing, mailing, and creation of folders. Essential Duties/Functions Provides support by recording, entering, and verifying data from a variety of sources and
documents and responding to data requests.  Responsible for administering and maintaining a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center. Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and perform routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.  Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other department functions to perform assignments and projects. Assists with planning & facilitating special projects. Provides training for new team members/associates. Utilizes & creates advanced functions such as pivot tables in Microsoft Excel program to
better manage various data  Performs duties as requested by supervisor and manager. Must have good knowledge of general administrative/manufacturing operations procedures and knowledge of job-specific processes to successfully execute and complete the more progressive/complex duties of the job. Must have good knowledge of multiple functions or areas of the business in which there is frequent contact while completing daily work assignments of the job. Must have very good oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain departmental policy, methods, and/or procedures when completing assignments. Requires very good organizational skills sufficient to accomplish work by established deadlines and the ability to coordinate phases of work with others. Ability to read, understand, and carry out written instructions. Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions Standing/lifting/bending/grasping Must have advanced knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs such as MS Office, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job to complete duties successfully. Must have in-depth knowledge and experience utilizing advanced functions in Microsoft Excel such as pivot tables to manage data. Additional Information The pay range for this role at the noted location is $17.68 - $25.75 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
