Position Overview:The Presentation and Data Specialist is responsible for the coordination and production of product and fund materials; and, providing input and requirements on new systems or technology enhancements related to these materials.This position partners closely with multiple departments across GMO, including Global Client Relations, Performance, Technology, Legal & Compliance, and Portfolio Management Teams to create and maintain high-quality presentations, marketing materials, and, as needed, data sources.The Data and Presentation Specialist role provides substantial exposure to how GMO communicates with clients and prospects about our investment strategies. Additionally, the Specialist will have exposure to GMO Products, data structures, and systems.The Specialist reports to the Head of Marketing Services.Responsibilities Include:Delivering standard and custom presentations while adhering to specific client deadlines Partnering with investments teams, client service teams, performance, and compliance to develop and maintain materials Ensuring presentation materials are updated and posted to Seismic promptlyActive participation in Seismic content management and day-to-day end-user supportAccountability for the quality and accuracy of data-intensive charts and exhibitsCoordinating presentation development and compliance approvals for new products and vehiclesContributing to projects to advance the strategic objectives of GMO's Marketing and Client Services teamRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience3+ years of related work experience, preferably within the investment industry Experience working with Report Automation or Sales Enablement tools High-level knowledge of and experience with Excel and PowerPointAdvanced charting knowledge/skills desiredExperience with Photoshop, In Design, Word, and Illustrator, a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication capabilitiesStrong organizational and analytical skills Competence and interest in independently and quickly learning new concepts and systems Collaborative spirit, given the need to coordinate among Global Client Relations, Marketing, Investment, Compliance, Legal, and Operations TeamsCharacter:Proactive with exceptional attention to detailHigh energy, positive attitude, professional, and mature Comfortable working both independently and as part of a teamAbility to prioritize multiple tasks, set goals, and meet deadlinesSelf-directed and motivated Willingness to jump in and get things doneA high degree of intellectual curiosityAbility to professionally represent GMO and perform consistent with the firm's values and competencies
