Roles and Responsibilities:
Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to extract actionable insights.
Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Conduct predictive modeling and forecasting to support business planning and optimization.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and continuously improve analytical methodologies and tools.
Assist in the development of data infrastructure and tools to streamline data collection, processing, and analysis workflows.
Provide training and support to team members on data analysis techniques and tools.
Must Have Qualifications: Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or organizational setting.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
