You can tooDistrict OverviewThe Kiewit Energy marketing, creative and proposal team provide get-work services to an array of markets, including power generation, transmission and distribution, renewables, industrial, oil and gas, and water/wastewater. Opportunities for flexible work are available.Responsibilities• Research, update and maintain project and personnel information for the infrastructure markets using a companywide database platform.• Research includes mining existing records and interviewing internal subject matter experts.• Database updating and maintenance includes processing and refining information, writing descriptions, drafting resume introductions and data entry.• Assist in developing meaningful metrics and accurate experience lists to support marketing and proposal efforts that win Kiewit work.• Maintain and update resume and project page templates.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field.• Demonstrated commitment to quality with attention to detail and consistency in work product.• Excellent communication, writing, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills are required; technical writing skills preferred.• Dependable.• Ability to work well with others; a positive attitude with a willingness to learn.• Ability to problem solve and find multiple solutions under tight time constraints.• Ability to professionally handle constructive criticism.• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
