Position background
Team helps ensure correct members are in the needed program. We work with a variety of strategies and data points to ensure we have the appropriate mix of members. Responsibilities:
1. Using SQL server, develop and maintain processes that select members which pass the business rules and load those members into the dialer.
2. Analysis of data to understand what is needed to get members into the dialer.
3. Create reporting for internal use to help monitor our client outreach.
4. Provide ad-hoc analysis as requested. Requirements:
4+ years of experience of performing data analysis and reporting development
4+ years of experience with writing SQL queries and stored procedures with relational databases
Intermediate level of proficiency in MS packages
Ability to plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot complex technology, software, and system solutions
Understanding of statistical tools
Experience with SSIS or other tools to move data between platforms
