Data Analyst

ICWA is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Data Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large and complex data sets. Develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions. Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations. Validate data accuracy and reliability. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role. Excellent knowledge of SQL and data manipulation languages. Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
