Data Analyst / Engineer

We're looking for a talented Data Analyst/Engineer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be a key player in leveraging the power of data to drive smart business decisions.

Become a data wrangling pro - collecting, cleaning, and transforming data from diverse sources.
Unleash your analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and hidden gems within the data.
Champion data efficiency - automate data collection and reporting processes for a smoother workflow.
Design and maintain data models and dictionaries for a well-organized data ecosystem.
Ensure top-notch data quality by proactively monitoring and resolving data issues.
Stay ahead of the curve - explore and recommend the latest data analysis tools and techniques to optimize our processes.
We're looking for someone who:
Thrives in a data-driven environment with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis and data modeling.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Commands SQL and Excel like a pro.
Has experience wielding data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to bring insights to life.
Leverages statistical analysis tools like R or Python to extract knowledge from data.
Possesses a solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing.
Bonus points: Experience with the Salesforce platform and knowledge of database design.
You'll also bring:
A deep understanding of SQL - database programming, performance tuning, queries, and more.
Familiarity with data transformation tools like PySpark & Pandas (a plus!).
Knowledge of various databases (Postgres, SQL Server, etc.).
Experience with ETL processes using SQL or Python.
Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
A knack for clear and concise communication, both written and verbal.
