The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.DescriptionUnder general supervision and moderate direction, evaluates and reports on the effectiveness of security and compliance controls as well as risk mitigation strategies in IT and business environments.ResponsibilitiesWith guidance provides consultative services related to preestablished IT control patterns. Participates in the evaluation of risk and development of security standards, procedures, and controls to manage that risk, with a mindset of continuous process improvement. Effectively communicates technical issues to focused audiences. Begins to identify possible process improvements that address functional and technology gaps within a single business process of moderate complexity.
