Job Title: Cyber Security Risk Analyst
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Onsite 5 days)
Duration: Fulltime or C2H with End Client
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Risk Analyst to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. As a key member of our enterprise information security program, you will provide technical expertise and leadership in the development and implementation of robust cyber security measures. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities including system-wide security capability analysis, assurance testing, risk assessment, awareness and education initiatives, and the development of a comprehensive security control portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the enterprise information security program.
Conduct effective system-wide security capability analysis and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards related to cyber security and privacy.
Develop and implement best practices for cyber security governance, compliance, and risk management.
Provide leadership and project management expertise in cyber security initiatives.
Conduct awareness and education programs to enhance organizational cyber security posture.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive security control portfolio to mitigate cyber security risks.
Required Skills:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cyber security with a focus on governance, compliance, and risk management.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security, Computer Science, or a related technical field from an accredited institution.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent industrial and vendor security certifications preferred.
Thorough understanding of cyber security principles, privacy principles, and organizational requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to have healthcare industry experience.
