Here, you'll have the opportunity to build a powerful foundation for America's future and yours.What we're seeking:The Frontier 3rd party risk management team members are strategic enablers of growth by proactively identifying and managing quality, technology risk, and other business risks that Frontier faces in the marketplace. The risk management team is tasked with identifying, assessing, and mitigating the risks associated with engaging third-party vendors, suppliers, partners, or service providers who have access to our systems, data, or networks. To the extent that Frontier relies on external parties to support our operations, the potential for cyber threats introduced by these third parties also grows. The TPRM function is crucial for ensuring the security and resilience of Frontier's ecosystem. In this hybrid role, you will have a defined work location HUB which includes work from home and assigned days in the office set by your manager. The HUB for this role will be either 1919 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX, or 610 N. Morgan St., Tampa, FL.What we need in you:You are an excellent communicator and a collaborative problem solver who can drive initiatives in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.You take a data-driven and risk-based approach to your work.You can distill complex technical concepts into understandable action plans.What you'll do:The scope of the TPRM program includes performing risk-based due Cyber Security due diligence on Frontier's third parties. In this role you will:Gain basic knowledge and understanding of Frontier third party due diligence policies and supporting processes, as well as working knowledge and proficiency in various risk & compliance processes and monitoring functionsProvide support related to all elements of TPRM services including: vendor identification and onboarding, risk assessment and due diligence, contractual and legal considerations, ongoing monitoring and compliance, incident response and contingency planning, continuous improvement and adaptation.Liaise with the TPRM stakeholders on third party due diligence matters, business requests and executive reporting support related to TPRM activitiesSupport the monthly reporting TPRM performance key indicators, analyze metrics, document observations and recommendations for performance improvement, summarize data points for executive consumption.Support discovery and analysis efforts around vendor access and permissions into Frontier network, systems, applications and data, and document and maintain accessand permission information.Help manage the relationship with the 3rd party responsible for completing risk assessment for Frontier Tier 1 and 2 vendors; coordinate assessment efforts between the external party and internal business units as appropriate to ensure timely completion of risk assessments.What we offer:Nothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
