Responsibilities
• Maintenance of calendar and scheduling of meetings• Drafting of memos• PSV receipt reconciliation• Monitoring the fax folder• Face to face photo ID verification with initial physician/AHP applicants• Typing of correspondence• Minute taking• Providing administrative support to the CVO
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required• Associate degree in secretarial studies strongly preferred• At least 3-5 years' experience in an administrative secretarial role required• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required
